We really liked all the thoughtful touches throughout, including the many charging ports, well stocked fridge and wardrobe, clean space, and comfy bed. Wi-Fi worked very well, Susan was very responsive and helpful with organising parking for us, and the air-conditioning was much appreciated during the hot and humid days we were there.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on multiple occasions during our trip to NZ. Its proximity to the CBD and public transport made exploring the city convenient, while the nearby cafes were a delightful bonus. The room and ensuite were impeccably clean. Susan was a fantastic host she was very responsive and accommodating of our requests which we appreciated very much and made our trip much smoother.

The main room is very spacious and comfortable, with many thoughtful touches for the traveller. The whole place is very modern, tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. The suite is entirely private, with both indoor and outdoor seating areas. The bathroom is also roomy and modern. The garden area is beautiful and easy to view from the inside. The suite also has a kitchenette that includes a generous selection of breakfast food and snacks. Located in a lovely residential area of Auckland, it was an easy walk (or bus/taxi ride) to the city centre. Parnell has a great selection of good restaurants all within easy walking distance. Susan is a friendly and accommodating host, and made us feel very welcome and taken care of. I can't recommend this place highly enough. We wish we could have stayed longer.

Everything was in the room: food for breakfast, books, travel gadgets, bathroom utilities, and so many other things. The view to the garden was amazing and the whole suite had a really relaxing vibe. I definitely want to mention that I've never stayed in a cleaner suite/apartment than this one. Susan was also very supporting and helpful.

Had everything we needed and more, amazing breakfast selection, wonderful thoughtful touches throughout, free parking is a significant bonus in Auckland.

Stylish studio apartment, exceptionally well equipped in a handy location opposite the Parnell Rose Gardens. A superb range of fruit, cereals, yoghurt, coffee and teas was provided for your self catering breakfast. There was an attractive outdoor seating area in a beautifully manicured miniature garden. We have stayed at several hundred booking.com accommodations and have seldom seen a more attractive apartment. Great value for money. Highly recommended.

All the comforts of home presented with the finesse of a top quality hotel. The breakfast was delicious. We couldn’t get over the range of provisions. We are delighted to have discovered this lovely property and will certainly stay here again when passing through Auckland.

Very comfortable bed; good quality linen; great range of crockery, cutlery, tea and coffee making; superb range of goodies for self service continental breakfast, lovely private courtyard and garden; and good access to motorway.

It was a pure joy to stay here. Your attentiveness to detail and to us was amazing.

The fridge was full and we had everything we needed for a good breakfast. The owners are very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately we could only stay one night and would have loved to stay longer. You can park your car directly outside and there is even a small park opposite for a walk. The accommodation was super clean and very quiet and you can sleep very well. I would come back again and highly recommend this property.

We are in our 70s and have been fortunate enough to travel throughout the world. However, we can honestly say that this is the very best B & B we have ever stayed in. It excels in comfort, luxury and excellent taste. We only wish that we could have stayed for longer. We shall recommend it to our family and friends - you have been most kind and welcoming.

The room was beautifully furnished, the bathroom was very clean and the fridge was filled with delicious yoghurt, jam, milk, juice etc - basically everything one could want for breakfast. There was even fresh fruit, cookies and chocolate in the room. We can highly recommend the Parnell Garden Suite to anyone travelling to Auckland.

The room is incredible, everything is cleaned up very well and then there is the bed – oh my god, it’s so comfortable. All and all a 10+ place to spend our final day/night in NZ.
