Parnell Garden Suite was a seamless blend of convenience, cleanliness and exceptional hospitality. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on multiple occasions during our trip to NZ. Its proximity to the CBD and public transport made exploring the city convenient, while the nearby cafes were a delightful bonus. The room and ensuite were impeccably clean. Susan was a fantastic host she was very responsive and accommodating of our requests which we appreciated very much and made our trip much smoother.

Accommodation with a heart! What a nice place to stay. Very tastefully decorated with many practical details. There was nothing missing. For breakfast everything was available and more – fresh fruit, bread, butter, various spreads, various muesli, tea, coffee to choose from, milk in different types, juice etc. Documents about the area, excursion tips, bus schedules, restaurant suggestions, all there, and if you still have questions, Susan is available to help wherever she can. Rarely felt so welcome.
